In December 2007 we switched from PC’s to thin client terminals which are kinder to the environment because they use a fraction of the electricity. They run silently which was rather strange at first because we were all so used to the noise of our PC’s. Benefits also include improved remote working, ability to work from any workstation, greater reliability and easy setup of new users which used to be tiresome!

We have designed our online system so that clients find it easy to pick-up and use. A guide is now available to introduce all functions to the user so that the system can be used to its maximum potential.

We are excited to announce the completion of the second phase of our Online System development.

New features have been added and improvements made, based upon client feedback.

Brokers are now, for example, able to amend and cancel policies online. The system also creates automated invoices that are emailed to Brokers.

Further development phases are planned to ensure that our system remains state of the art.
